Yes, we confirm every order quickly and send a free digital proof for your approval. Production begins when we receive your proof approval--that's our green light to produce the order.
Yes we offer free ground shipping on orders to the continental 48 states.
Rush Service. Is 1-Day or other rush service available?
Yes, there is a Free 24-Hour Rush Service available. For details, click on Free 24-Hour Service on the left-hand navigation bar on our website. Orders received and proofs approved by 10AM Central will ship the next day. Artwork For Logos. What kind of art do you need to reproduce my logo?
We can accept vectorized artwork that is Illustrator CS2 compatible, including AI, EPS, and PDF file formats. Please convert all fonts to outlines before uploading artwork. We can also accept Photoshop CS2 compatible JPG and PSD files that are over 300 dpi. Please contact artwork@discountpenfactory.com with artwork questions.
Use of Corporate Logos. Will you reproduce any corporate logo?
Customers must have the appropriate permission to use corporate logos, trademarks and copyrighted artwork.
Multi-Color Imprints. Is it possible to print my pens with a 2nd imprint color?

Printing On The Pen. Are there extra charges to print my company information on the pen?
No extra charge. The price of each pen includes a 1-color imprint on the pen.
Printing Locations. Can you print anywhere on the pen?
We almost always print on the pen barrel. Some pens offer clip imprints. For the best quality, Discount Pen Factory reserves the right to print logos or type in the location that provides the best imprint area. Your logo or text is not always printed in the same location shown on the website.
Pen Colors. Do the colors on the website always match the colors of the final product?
Colors on computer screens vary from monitor to monitor. Because of that, the screen colors may not always match the product color exactly. If you want to be sure of a product color, please let us know and we'll send you a free sample.
Custom Designed Pens. Can you produce other kinds of pens not shown on your website?
Yes, we can usually source a specific pen, using our vast overseas network. Just send a photo and description to sales@discountpenfactory.com. Please keep in mind that custom pens often require large quantity orders.
Unhappy with your order? What can I do if I am dissatisfied?
Discount Pen Factory will make every effort to make you happy. However, there are no refunds or exchanges if your order was produced and shipped as you instructed.
If we make a mistake, we will replace your order.
International Orders. Can you ship overseas?
Yes, we can. We require a UPS or FedEx shipper number for overseas shipping.
